She was born in Troy, N.Y. on March 10, 1914, to James and Mary Tracey Fay.
Known as "Terry" to friends and family, she worked as a Broadway casting director for more than 40 years.
She is survived by her loving children Robert, Ellen Nixon and Tracey Haller. She will be missed dearly by her five grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband, Oscar and her siblings Alice Westerfield, Patricia Fay, Walter Fay and Ned Fay.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 31 at St. Mary's Cemetery in her hometown of Troy.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Cassidy- Flynn Funeral Home Inc. 288 East Main St. in Mt. Kisco.
